WPVS Updating Policies in 2025

As our company continues to grow & evolve, exceptional customer service remains one of our top priorities. Beginning March 1st, 2025, West Plains Veterinary Supply introduced the new policy changes. These changes allow us to maintain the customer service standards that continue set WPVS apart from other distributors.

Based on your location, ordering days may be different than what is listed below. Please contact your WPVS sales representative to figure out which ordering dates you fall under. You can find their contact information within the letter attached. 

1. Order deadlines will be moving back a day. Meaning, orders will now be due by end-of-day on Wednesday instead of by noon on Thursday.

2. Order minimums will be raised from $500 to $750; the $30 delivery fee will remain the same.

3. Order discrepancies (i.e. miss-picks, missing or damaged items) will be required to be reported within 72 hours of order delivery in order to receive credit. To receive credit for items that were damaged on delivery, you will need to submit a photo of the damaged items to your WPVS Inside Sales Representative before credit can be issued.

4. Returns must be sent back with a WPVS Route Truck Driver or WPVS Outside Sales Rep within 30 days of the original purchase date. With the exception of out-of-date items, see out-of-date item return policy for more information. Returned items must be in new and unused/unopened condition, with original tags & labels attached. Any price tags or stickers, must be removed before returning.

5. Returns will be required to have a completed WPVS Return Form & will no longer be accepted by the WPVS Route Truck Drivers or WPVS Outside Sales Representatives without a completed WPVS Return Form. Please be sure to include a detailed reason for returning. Please be sure to note if you were billed for a different item than the one you are returning, this will ensure we credit you correctly.
 
No credit will be issued for ANY return until the item(s) are received at the WPVS Warehouse.
